Not only is exercise smart for your heart and weight, but it can make you smarter and better at what you do. Scientists believe that exercising your brain can create a ‘cognitive reserve’ that will help you stay sharp as you age.

Play Games: Games play a vital role in triggering your brain. Sudoku, crosswords and electronic games can all improve your brain’s speed and memory.

Do Physical Exercise Regularly: Physical exercise is great brain exercise too. By moving your body, your brain has to learn new muscle skills, estimate distance and practice balance.

Think Ideas: Thinking ideas has double benefits, it not only improves the capability of your mind but also helps you to apply those ideas to progress faster in your career graph. Make a habit of thinking ideas and solving something (puzzles, sums, problems whatever you like).
